" We knew where and what we wanted to buy with a budget in mind and Daniel found us our dream home on day 1. He took us back to see the property several times and gave us plenty of time in the property. He gave us lots of information about the area even taking us out in his car and recommending restaurants etc. We were very nervous about the legal side of buying in Spain but there was no need as Daniel took us to the Solicitors and Notary which would have been really daunting on our own he made it all so easy. Daniel put us first at all times was friendly but very professional. If unsure about buying in Spain we would definitely recommend Daniel and his company who would 100% give you all the information you need and put your mind at rest. Can’t wait to get the keys "

" Both Lisa and I cannot thank Daniel from “Your Move Spain & Rentals” enough. We both are very particular and careful in what we buy. When you are wanting to build your dream home you need an agent that has your very best interests at heart. I’ll hold my hands up and admit that we are very difficult to please, we know what we want but even more, know what we don’t want! After an initial consultation, it didn’t take Daniel long at all to understand exactly what we needed. We have had a great deal to do with properties over the years and it’s very rare to find someone who really cares more about getting the right property rather than just “getting a sale” Buying abroad can be very daunting for even the very experienced purchaser, Daniel managed to work through all the hurdles, one at a time with patience and understanding. He dealt with every part of the process and left no stone unturned, this is particularly impressive as I suffer a bit from OCD 😬 Once we had found our dream plot to build our perfect home the deal was still not done! Nerves, uncertainty, and worry then start to kick in, Daniel has a philosophy that if it’s meant to be, it’ll be. He understood that I had reservations, as on the Colinas Golf & Country Club there is so many different options and so many beautiful villas. Seeing that uncertainty in me, he picked us up the next day and literally took us to every Villa that was available. Of course our choice was the right choice, but now we are 100% confident with it. He didn’t have to do that, most wouldn’t go that extra mile, but Daniel felt it was the right thing to do. Another added bonus for us is that when our Villa is built, we wish to rent out our current home. “Your Move Spain & Rentals” also deals with the rental side too (bit of a clue in the name 🙄). After discussions in relation to the most financial viable option, “Your Move Spain & Rentals” will also fully deal with renting out our present home, a stress (when living in England) you certainly could do without. The thought of dealing with tenants, itineraries, contracts, contractors and collecting rent whilst in England before would simply not be an option. Again I’m very confident that Daniel will fully deal with this for us. We are from York, renowned for been straight talking and certainly never blow sunshine out of anyone’s a***! But credit, where credit is due!
